What we expect
Your responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow new and existing national accounts
- Establish excellent relationships with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially growing the business
- Develop short- and long-term strategies with the marketing team to grow and develop the Key Account customer base nationally.
- Partner with the Regional Account Managers to assess all national customer accounts in the region, and align the pre-established national level initiatives to be cascaded to the regional customers
- Collect and analyze sales data, trends, etc. and utilize data for strategic solutions.
- Use relationship building skills, and persuasive selling techniques to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Develop sales marketing materials and presentations
- Contact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase customer base
- Investigate complaints from customers
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
- Support the completion of weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Field Operation teams and customer base
- Maintain an understanding of customer service protocol and client specific procedures required to service existing accounts
- Source and coordinate research on sales-oriented initiatives
- Exhibit exceptional teamwork and customer service
- Keep abreast of industry and market trend and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who we are looking for
Your qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar account manager capacity; elevator industry experience is preferred
- University degree/College Diploma with experience in a customer service/ client relations environment is preferred
- Effective communication skills and proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
- Unparalleled work ethic enhanced by keen problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage conflict, coupled by the ability to work collaboratively
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales-based targets
